The best dr who has been in charge of my care for my back and neck issues as well as fibromyalgia. Very knowledgeable, caring, friendly and knows how to get you on the right track to getting better! Wish him success in his own practice!

I can't say enough good things about Dr.Bhatia and his medical assistant, Sam. I feel years younger. This last visit (my 2nd cortisone injection) was completely painless because Sam and Dr. Bhatia reviewed my case before I arrived and remembered from my first visit how difficult it was to find a clear path due to the osteophyte build up in my spinal column. This time, Dr. Bhatia went even slower, feeling for any resistance before proceeding to avoid any "lightning strikes." We talked through it together. Participating in my own treatment was empowering. Dr. B isn't just a pain management guru, he's a rare, holistic healer, because he understands how stressors in our lives exacerbate other pains, and he gets to know you very quickly before applying treatment. He's got all the skills of a medical doctor, a nurse, and a psychologist. He truly cares your health, well being, and quality of life. Could you honestly ask for a better medical practitioner than that to take care of you?

Dr Bhatia is amazing. What a wonderful personality. He takes his time and goes over everything and listens to all I have to say. Also asks if I have questions. I totally recommend him as a pain specialist.

One of the worst experiences I have had a doctor's office. I saw Dr. Bhatia, who not only was 30 minutes late to the appointment, but lacked complete interest and empathy towards my chronic pain associated with fibromyalgia. I wish I was kidding when I said he left the room in the middle of my asking a question, insisting that my appointment was over and there was nothing he could offer me. This was after he spent less than 5 minutes speaking with me. It's sickening that a healthcare professional can care so little about people in pain, despite the misleading claims found on their websites. I will be filing a complaint with the VA medical board, as I do not believe doctors should be allowed to treat patients with such disrespect. The doctor never had the decency to call me back filing a complaint with his operations manager. Not surprised.

Dr Bhatia has been a great doctor, helping manage a very problematic situation from day one. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of care. Highly intelligent, and willing to take the time to explain details at a level that I can digest, without talking down to me. On top of that he is compassionate and has a great bedside manner with patients. Great guy all around.

I spent 3 weeks trying to make an appointment with Dr. Bhatia. The office led me to believe that if I sent them my medical records they would "be in touch," so I was happy to do so right away. After that I was persistent in trying to follow up and was able to confirm they did receive my chart, but eventually they just started ignoring my messages. Finally I heard from Zocdoc that they don't take my insurance (even though I got the doctor's name from the directory for my plan). If that's the case why not just tell me from the beginning? What are they trying to pull and what do they get from screwing with chronically ill people?

Dr Bhatia took his time with me, he was thoughtful and caring. He didn't seemed rushed like some doctors do, and he truly wanted to find answers and help me! I travel 60+ miles to be seen in his office, because I believe they truly care about their patients!
