His only interest is in increasing his profit margin. Don’t be deceived. He will tell you he can do everything for you in-house, but it’s sub-par medical care. They have no phlebotomists on staff, they do in-house bone density scans that are not read or interpreted by radiologists but are still billed out to your insurance company as if they were done at a full-service imaging center. There are many cost-cutting (for him) practices that are done here that are not in the patient’s best interest, but are designed to maximize profit to the practice. Twice I was prescribed medications and treatments that were clearly contraindicated for my history and if I hadn’t researched them and refused treatment, I could have suffered very severe consequences. Another time I was prescribed a drug that had severe side effects even though I was assured they were extremely rare and I should not be concerned about being affected by them, I was seriously affected by them and had I not proactively… intervened in the treatment protocol, those side effects might have been permanent. As it was, it took over 9 months for the symptoms to be resolved and the drug’s effects to be completed erased from my system. Don’t walk in blindly! All this is is a money pit focused on quick cash from Medicare and weight loss injections.

Since the last review on this page is dated 2021, let me give a current overview on Dr. Malhotra, his staff and office procedures. My friend suggested I go to Absolute Healthcare as I needed a new physician since moving here recently. I have been given friendly, caring service by all staff! I do not feel rushed and I am given time to ask questions. Many times, I have a Doctor and a Physician's Asst (hey, they all got to get experience somewhere!) in my room. I have been given suggestions for better care and alternatives to use. No complaints whatsoever!

not only do they not pay attention before the appt but no dr all p.a.'s who write all kinds of demeaning things about the patient in the record and they think that there is no recourse hahaha well there is chris there is

I have no idea how this DR has positive ratings.... if this Dr was practicing in Massachusetts, he would have lost his license by now. Very dangerous tactics, one of the worst dr’s I have ever experienced. My husband & I have been going to Dr. G. Malhotra about as long as he has practiced in Hernando County. We felt he was the very best Doctor we had ever had. Very intelligent, educated & knowledgeable. However, the last several years it seems he has lost interest in his practice & patients, reduced his office hours, ignores or forgets your requests when he walks out of your o.v., permits lots of staff interruptions during your visit, impatient with you when you attempt to discuss a diagnosis or suggestion he has made, rarely touches his patients & generally. seems disinterested. When I make an appointment to see my doctor I expect to see my doctor, not a physicians assistant... 7

I moved from New York to Spring Hill Florida several months ago & spent days searching for doctors, finally I was given Dr Malhotra's name, (from a health insurance agent) I made an appointment right away & was very impressed by the professionalism & pleasantness of the staff. I never in my entire life got a complete physical like I did there, & I have been to some of the best Physicians out there & I am so happy that I have found a doctor that not only listens & understands what your telling him but also a doctor that completes his patients needs, I am not a well lady & so far in a few months I feel so much better more confident that I will be better & a new look on life!T he Dr. changed a few of my daily medications to a level that I should be at, not what other Dr.'s thought I should be on & I feel so much better & sleep so much better too, plus my blood work was really good too!!! I now have my Mother & husband going to him now as well & I will recommend him to my other family &… friends. I am honestly 100% satisfied & highly recommend you go to this family of Doctors!!!

I,ve been going to Dr. G. for 20 some odd years, he has a great bedside manner and takes time to listen. His staff is great and very efficient. They get things done. I would recommend this Dr.

This Dr. doesn't care about his patience all he cares about is money/ His wife is just as bad. Do go to him.

Wouldn't trade him for the world!!!! HE cares. HE listens. HE responds.
