Well where do I start. I totally agree with the first comment. Now what I see is there is a lot of snowbirds who get BETTER CARE, then middle class or lower middle class! I look for my chart nothing. Look for all my information nothing! Yes, I was upset and then started observing Mr. Groove. I am a good observer when it comes to anything, Anyways, I wanted to make sure my thoughts were right and they were. When it came to the injections Bingo. I was right. He did not shake hands with my wife. But, he did shake hands with the snowbirds or the wealthy patients and there wife. It made me sick to my stomach that I had my health in his hands and no information at all on my chart. Injections, does anyone know if you get TO MANY INJECTIONS your bones will become brittle and start breaking away. Is is all about the money maker also. The staff was rude and so was his nurse. Had an MRI done before I actually seen him. One thing he did not pick up, the second time I seen him. I… have a tear in the muscle of my spine and had to see a Surgeon for this. However when I did see him, I mention about my tear. Dr. Groove said to me what tear? He then skip it and went on to something else. Mr. Groove should retire. He has a full plate and only gives 100% to the snowbirds. I apologize if I sound harsh not every snowbird is rude but about 90% of them are. Because that's the money maker. Retire Mr. Groove its time!

does not listen well to patient problem, pushes steroid injections (not the answer for all problems) with no therapy as an option. staff in outpatient surgery center needs compassion for patients, too busy chatting and concerns for themselves........

Doc Grove is the nicest and courteous doctors I've encountered... His bedside manner is amazing I would reccomend him to anyone .
