Worst Dr ever. She told me that my baby was fine she is only teething. Not true when to the ER to fine out my princess had viral nemonea. Don't recommend her for nobody.

Don't bother making an appointment here, you will still wait for 3 hours . They don't obviously know what a scheduled appointment is, the staff is beyond rude. I wouldn't take my child to the doctor if I didn't think. There was a serious reason to be there & all this doctor says is "oh he fine" . uhm really ? who gave you a doctor degree .

Don't get me wrong, Dr Burgos is a nice lady and her staff is too. However I too felt she was rushing through with my children and with the concerns and questions I had. Her general response would be a passive response of "oh thats okay, no worry". When asking for a more clear response or reason it was like a response of "they good and healthy, no worry". So if you like a Doctor who is attentive and remembers your child this Doctor probably isn't what you are looking for. I like a Doctor who remembers my children and shows interest in their visit because it calms and reassures not only me but my kids too. It's not just about being a nice person but your ability to relate and assure your patience the well-being of your health is in your best interest.

I think Dr. is a good Dr. but I can NEVER get the office staff on the phone and have to actually go to the office to set Appt. Etc. it's so annoying, which is why I am writing this post. She need new office staff because her patients are suffering.

My overall with this doctor I would not recommend her to none of my family she rushes through her patients she don't listen to you when you have questions or concerns about your child she talks over you and says oh that's ok nothing's wrong its normal she don't excalty diagnose the problem with my kids so I had to find another doctor for my kids you wait about a hour in waiting room then she spends five to ten mins with your child
