My mother received substandard care from him, such that she changed her doctor. I personally had cancer and went through various types of treatment, including chemo, at MGH in Boston. When my mother was diagnosed with cancer, I took her to MGH in Boston and we were happy with her care. But we opted to have her get her chemo in Hamp because it was closer to her WMass home. He was rude, quick to ignore her symptoms, and short with her (and me when I complained). She became afraid to raise her concerns with him. When I begged him too, he basically said "sorry, not time, going on vacation tomorrow (which I found out later was with one of the nurses)." While he was gone, we switched doctors to a lovely doctor that ended up seeing my mother through to her final days. Had we stayed with this guy, the end would have been even more painful. Run away from him.
