Amazing doctor! Very caring and compassionate. I read the other reviews(which were varied) and after talking to him, I realized every patient in pain wants relief. He listened attentively and was honest telling me he could not guarantee pain relief. After having a pain procedure with Dr. Charuk, my pain improved to the point I was able to resume my prior activities without any pain. Thank you, Dr Charuk!

Very rude if you do not want spinal injections. All those years of experience and letter behind a name don't mean anything if you lack bedside manner. Me and my exellent insurance will go somewhere else.

After seeing several specialists, physical therapy, pain meds etc none of which worked, I finally found Dr. Charuk, and he has been a God send!! Caring, compassionate, down to earth, and an overall great doc!!.

Did "routine" injection in my grandfather's neck. Up until then he was able to do nearly all the things that you and I could do. He walked into this procedure, but was not able to walk out. To this day he can barely walk on his own. Doctor didn't even visit him in the ICU after he was the one who landed him there. Turned out he was NOT a candidate for this procedure, but doctor sold him on doing it anyways. He ruined my grandfather's life....beware of this man! Wish I could leave zero stars.

I've been seeing Dr Charuk for several months for low back pain. He is a great doctor. Attentive and caring. My injection went great, no problems. My back pain is a lot better.

His injection left our dad not being able to walk. He has braces on his legs and will never be the same. Insult to injury, he Did Not Care At All !!!!!!!!!!!

Unnecessary cervical epidural injection gone wrong leading to spinal headache confirmed by more prestigious spinal surgeon. Bed ridden 3 weeks. Not a bad guy, but not sure he is the one you want to see.

Dr charuk is a wunderfal Doctor .he a sure me that if I followed his plan of recovery that I wouldon't be in as much pain , going to therapy was key and 2 cortisone shots

Pain Injection went terribly wrong with Dr. Charuk. His response was like nothing happened. I would not trust him to do any injections Anywhere!!!!!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Charuk for several for pain relief from osteoarthritis. He is always friendly and courteous, helpful, and explains options. I am very pleased with his care.
