It was apparent early on that he wasn’t listening to my concerns and wanted me out of the room so he could continue with his day. He wasted my time, please see anyone else available.

He's apathetic and rude. He doesn't know what going on with my health. He's not bright also.

this was my first time seeing Dr. Smith...he was not interested,,,he just wanted to move on to the next person...I will not see him again.

Great team Dr Smith has going at Active Medical Group . The Girls Allison and Tatiana are wonderful. Always prompt with submitting my referrals And mail order prescriptions. All their smiling and cheerfulness makes my office visit very pleasant .

I have been a patient for years. His staff is the best I have ever dealt with! (tatiana & i forget the other girls name but she has been there a very long time) I have never been turned down for a same / urgent appt. I was laid off for a couple of months and didn't have insurance. Dr Smith gave me a very reasonable Cash rate.

upon first meeting with Dr Smith he was rather cool to me. I had thought this was maybe because I was new and he didn't know me but upon subsequent visits his bedside manners became appearant he either didn't like me or has a god complex and doesn't like that I see other specialist doctors than himself due to various illnesses etc. I on my last actual visit was yelled at, not spoken loudly to but yelled at and he had me in tears almost. I do not care WHo you are or think you are you do NOT do that to a patient. I have never given him any trouble so not sure why the only thing I can think of is my medical coverage is slow to pay and was told (by an er doctor)some doctors won't give you the proper treatment or enough time and consideration because of it...this explains why in over a year and a half he has NEVER done a physical on me! This is not how a professional should treat his patients. Because of my medical situation I am scared to try and find a new doctor as many do not take my… health insurance. I am not old I do not look ill but I am. I have A-lot of medical issues and this goes to prove the do not judge a book by it's cover...not a happy patient...

New Patient experience.. Two thumbs up! Dr Smith is a straight to the point kinda Dr. I have a few different Medical Issues. Dr. Smith gave me great advice and a plan to work on to my problem areas. I Look forward to seeing him for my follow up. Also, Very pleasant staff. Spoke with Allison and Tatianna on two different occasions, both gals were very friendly and helpful. I just want to thank and acknowledge Dr. Smith for the good he has done for me. I've had lotsa problems with bad back pain and using too much medications. I also have had weight and psychologic issues and developed diabetes a few years ago. Its been a tough road but now with his help, I'm taking no narcotic medications and have been more active and in less pain than in a long time. His guidance and care has been the biggest factor in this life improvement project I've been on for nearly 20 years now.

I've been treated by Dr Smith of over 7 years. His office can get me in quickly and it's been very easy to get my vaccines and prescription refills.I see him approx every year for followup. He's never suggested a treatment change from what I came to him with, and he discourages seeking medical treatment for anything like fatigue or aches and pains, although he listens and seems genuinely concerned.Dr Smith is pretty straight and narrow, but his staff is not very professional. I've been there many times and waited in a room for the doctor where I could hear the nurse and receptionist dishing on paitents and talking about their social plans. It all seems really caddy.I didn't know why they would slide the window open and closed in the waiting room, but seems so that they can continue their discussions of their personal lives and to talk about how gross they found this patient or the other.Note that the office won't accept credit cards so you'll have to pay cash or check only. Not… great if you have a flex spending account with a credit card through work like I do - I have to submit a paper claim every time.

I would highly recommend this internist as a very, very excellent doctor. Dr. Smith has taken care of my parents and myself for many years. I find his office and manners to be of the highest level. I can always get an appointment within one day of calling.
