I would give this 5 stars if as everyone says, the wait times were less long. THEY HAVE GOTTEN BETTER. I find the nurses, all great, never an attitude, lovely. Sometimes the front desk can be maybe "distracted" and it comes off as rude? Reading the other's comments, I have not experienced it, but again, I wouldn't stand for it, and those complaining, I think MOSTLY should speak to them directly and see if there is a change. I have and also try to schedule non emergencies FIRST thing or ask who is on, Dr. G IS careing and thorough (they all are) but he gets backed up more than the other providers. I DO like the "one stop shopping concept" and have used several of the doctors that come to WM and appreciated them, wish the "blood" lab would take prescriptions for patients of his regardless if he writes the script, but as I said, I can't give 5 stars until the office schedules it closer to appt time. The WALK INS should be the ones waiting, not the scheduled appts, unless there is a true… emergency, and could't they assign one of the docs for walk in's only? Dunno the answer but it needs addressing.

Well, he misdiagnosed my father a few times and his staff are unbelievably rude. My whole family and I will never go back again!! BEWARE!!

Dr G is just amazing. Comforting, open to questions and detailed in his care. His staff is equally open to helping and nurturing care. The Practice has grown significantly is a great additional to the West Milford Community. Highly Recommend

A doctor who takes his Hippocratic oath to heart. Doctor G is compassionate, intelligent, friendly, wise and experienced. He takes time to listen to your description of current ailment while observing not only your vitals but movements, posture, appearance and overall condition. Instead of the standard approach used by doctors today: snatch up ur co-pay, get u in an exam room, read your chart, listen to ur heart, diagnose with whatever the hot bug is at the moment, throw a few useless scripts at u and show u the door. Doctor Guariglia is A true healthcare professional. Aside from the typical long waiting room queue, I can't think of a negative aspect of this man's practice.

I have no complaints about Dr. Guariglia -- he's intuitive, patient and personable with a common sense approach to medicine -- but plenty of complaints about this very badly run practice: Wait times can run over an hour, sometimes two with an appointment -- the excuse is that they take walk-ins. Staff is usually friendly but badly trained, i.e. giving unsolicited medical advice, which is bad enough coming from someone with no medical credentials, but worse then it's wrong. Incorrectly interpreted information is entered in patient charts by unskilled staff member(s) who take initial histories. Office manager does not welcome complaints and makes excuses instead of corrections, i.e. "we save people's lives" (OK, but that's your job). This is a malpractice suit waiting to happen. I wish Dr. Guariglia would wake up and fix these problems before he's faced with a really serious problem.

No one should not have to wait 45 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment, in a room waiting for the Doctor. My time is valuable also. Happens every time, no matter when an appointment is made. Seems overbooking is the norm. Doctors need to value their patients as much as we value their service.
