Dr. George Zongqi Han, MD

Made me wait 40 min, and made no apology for it, to only give me 5 min of his time. I wanted to reschedule after I'd checked in when I saw it would conflict with something else but apparently they charge you $75 in cancellation fees even through no fault of your own. Needless to say I ended up considerably late for that other obligation when I didn't have to be considering how quickly he got me out of his office. And he basically discouraged me from getting the treatment I wanted, with really unconvincing reason might I add, to give me a prescription of something I'd already tried and had unsuccessful results with in the past. Seems like he just didn't want to do it and I didn't feel like arguing at that point so I took my samples and left.

I was checked in on time for my appointment and was still left waiting 20+ min before I spoke up and tried to reschedule. Apparently, cancelling after I was checked in meant I'd be paying $75 even if it's no fault of my own. There was no excuse given to me for why I was left waiting and even the front-end staff was confused as to why the doctor was so backed up. He came in and offered no apology and what I wanted to consult with him about he discouraged me from doing with some really unconvincing reasons. Seems more like he didn't want to do it rather than putting my wants as priority. He passed off another treatment to me that I've already tried and been unsuccessful with. I didn't feel like arguing since he had already stolen so much of my time for no good reason and left with a useless sample.

Takes his time and very thorough.

Great doctor, thorough and knowledgeable. The building needs more elevators though!
