Dr. George Wilson Lovett, MD

I'm shocked to see these negative reviews, Dr Lovett is thorough and straight forward, not typically a person you'd sit and chit chat with. It's not his personality, but to say he is anything less than an efficient doctor is absurd. My appointments are always quick, straight the point, and I leave satisfied knowing my needs were met. Anyone who comments on his ability to practice medicine was looking for a doctor to kiss their you know what and agree with everything they say. Thank you for years of service Dr. Lovett !

Worse dr ever. He was rushing me when I was trying to explain what was going on like he didn’t care. Made no eye contact with me at all. Very rude. Definitely needs to lose his license. No bedside manner at all.

On the hospital page he has 4 stars which is complete trash cause he has bad reviews everywhere those 4 stars were def from the hospital he needs to be fired see another doctor for your own sake he doesn’t know how to treat people and beyond rude and doesn’t care about his job

the office staff was great the ma where great dr lovett was more concerned in insuranse than my plack phasis whichis blood born he says is not ive had all my live sorry for miss spelling which ive live with over 40 years he gasve mes a cream no better than tar

I saw dermatologist Dr George Lovett in Brockton as a new patient for hair loss. WORSE experience ever in a office. First thing he walked in the room late and immediately started running his hands thru my hair without introducing himself and he talked really fast under his mask. I finally told him I couldn't understand him. He continued to talk fast and he made it sound like my condition was not that serious and told me everybody loses hair in their lifetime. I finally told him to slow down as I was feeling like he was rushing my appt. He finally let me speak and I told him my history with hair loss since its been several years now and I have been falsely diagnosis from alopecia to borderline discoid lupus. He proceeded to discount everything I said. He… then told me he didn't have any of my medical records and told me that the last derm office i went to probably didn't use a good lab company like one he uses located in Boston. After I gave him name of the office he then told me to drive down the street to that office (which the only reason I stopped going there was due to a change in my insurance which the office doesn't accept) and get a copy of my medical records myself since the office is located down the street Needless to say I told him I had enough and I walked out of the room . I asked the woman at the front desk to to refund my copay which she did. I also asked for office manager who I was told was not in yet,...by the way it was after 10:00am. The woman at the desk told me the manager would call me but I never received a call. This so called "Dr" has been practicing for over 30 years ...wow!!! I cant believe he lasted this long. Well I think its time he retires. He is very unprofessional, arrogant and rude. I think he has lost all compassion for patients as a Dr and he needs to finally hang up that white coat!

This man does not care about you or your concerns. Save your time and resources and find another doctor. He was rude condescending and lacked the duty of care I believe a doctor should extend to patients. My appointment was rushed. I asked why I was being rushed and not cared for and he kept shutting me up disregarding my questions by giving me the same responses to various questions. I asked for a copay refund and he didn’t feel the need to make things right. Please note he showed up for my appt 40mins late. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Misdiagnosed a mole a year ago. Waved it off as nothing to worry about. Now a year later after my husband practically begging for a biopsy it’s finally diagnosed cancer. Now it’s quite big and on his face. Needs surgery. It could have been dealt with a year ago if this awful doctor had spent more than 30 seconds examining him. A few years back I also had a bad experience with his extremely rude, pompous, and highly unprofessional behavior. Find a real doctor, not this clown. I’m shocked he still is allowed to practice especially after seeing all these horrible reviews.

Rude, condescending and rushed appointment. Overall awful! I went to the office to address some moles and a reaction to a spider bite.well Dr Lovett took great delight in telling me that, "spiders don't bite." Thought I was seeing a dermatologist, NOT an arachnologist! I've never experienced an appt like this, in my life. Thought someone was going to walk in to say that I was being Punked! I think it's time for this man to retire,because he clearly no longer cares about his patents. perhaps when we start contacting our insurance companies,to complain of the poor treatment we're receiving and have to pay for, then, Signature will take these complaints seriously! Dr. Lovett, take less time trying to emulate Karl Lagerfeld, and spend more time on your bedside manner!

I have never experienced such poor treatment. He was rude, insulting, arrogant. This Man should loose his license. I went to see him with my Mother who is 94 he biopsied both of us 4 different places. I found him to be unkempt. He did not show any professional aptitude. Then to make matters worse he never called in a medication for myself. I received a call from a medical assistant, not the Doctor to inform me my mother and I both have ca. Those who find him rude and feel they had poor treatment should call their insurance company and inform them of your treatment and who the are paying for.
