Dr. George Milowe, MD

The Milowes closed their office permanently in Feb 2019. Yet their website is still up and says they take new patients. They are not very professional

Dr Milowe was an outstanding but his wife was the hardest person I have ever found in a medical practice. she would ask why you needed to talk to the doctor and gave inaccurate medical advise, he thought she was an asset but she was his greatest liability

The only problem I had with this otherwise great doctor was his receptionist wife. When I would call to ask the doctor a question she would tell me he was too busy and asked why I needed to talk to him. She would proceed to give medical advise which he would later correct. I was heartbroken when he closed the practice but a friend comforted me “at least you won’t have to deal with his wife anymore”. My friend is right

I saw dr Milowe two days ago. When I called back today I found the office was closed and dr milowe was in treatment for prostate cancer. This is a sad goodbye but I can only thank him for years of being a truly one of a kind doctor

I have seen Dr. Milowe for several years now. He and his wife are always helpful and organized. Dr. Milowe takes the time to evaluate my emotional well being at each session.

I most appreciate Dr. Milowe because he cares about the whole person and understands that a person's mental health is closely related to their physical health. He takes the time to review your medical records and ask about your physical health as well as your emotional state. He is well read and keeps abreast of the latest research. I recommend him.

I’ve been a patient of Dr.Milowe for many many years he has giving me back my life basically! I was a mess before going to him . I’m doing a lot now thanks to Dr. Milowe.

I have seen many psychopharmacologists in my day but Dr. Milowe has different way of doing things. He combines a wealth of knowledge of traditional medicine with holistic things that will treat many other problems. He researches many articles and keeps up with the newest available medicines that might bring you to a better place in your life. I started out just needing psychiatric medications but find the additional things he has suggested keep me healthier than I would be without his input. I hope he stays around a long time. I can see that he would probably be a great psychotherapist as well as he is kind and compassionate. There are problems with any relationship but on the whole he is the best I have even seen. -AW
