Dr. Newman came to see my husband while an inpatient at PWH. He was so kind very knowledgeable and great bedside manner.

Dr. Newman and his staff are the best. Very pleased with every interaction with him and his staff.

According to Newman: Southwestern is where nephrology started," explained Newman. "Donald Seldin, the father of Southwestern, was the first nephrologist, and the guys who were running the program in the '90s were really charismatic figures, extremely bright, great teachers. I identified with them. They weren't just doctors; they also loved things like theater and things outside of medicine, really well-rounded. You never really know who you really are, but you see how you would like to be. I wanted to be like those guys. I wanted to do that."How bout you be a Dr. and learn beside manners (caring).

Dr. Newman has been my doctor for 6 years. I have no complaints! He is a friendly man who shows concern for me.

Dr. Newman's bedside manner is terrible. His professionalism is lacking.
