Dr. George Poyuan Ong

I saw Dr. Ong when I was in college for lip inflammation and little blisters on the edges of my lips. He said it's probably from eating too much pizza. I told him I hadn't eaten pizza in months, and I eat really healthy, because I have bad skin. He then told me once again to stop eating pizza and prescribed me a hydrocortisone cream to put on my lips, but the package insert said not to consume any orally, which might happen if I put it on my lips. He also said he would refer me to a dermatologist closer to my home. I told him I already tried to get an appointment with that doctor, but he doesn't accept new patients. Dr. Ong assured me he could get me an appointment, because he was friends with the other doctor. On my way out the receptionist informed me that she called the other dermatologist, but he wouldn't accept me as a new patient.

I have been going to Dr. Ong since Oct of 1984 when I was 18. He is patient, kind, educates you and is also great with kids. He has helped me, my family and friends I refered. He has correctly diagnosed problems other Doctors got wrong. I am from Perry County so I really enjoy the layed back way of his office.When he retires, We will all miss him very much, not just as our Doctor but as our friend.

Very personable Man who took the time to explain conditions. Path of action produced favorable results.
