He is caring, takes his time with you, and gives you a thorough examination. Does not rush you and fully answers all your questions. He is every thing I could ask for in a Cardio Specialist.

The one thing that was the most important was the positiveness of Dr. Pierson and his staff. They made me believe I was going to come out of my heart attack quick and O.K.. They were right. It really helps having a medical staff believe in you, because this causes you to believe in yourself. I have experienced some physicians that were pessimistic, often shaking their heads before speaking with me. I tell them if they were athletic coaches, they should be fired. We as a team should think about trying to win, instead of saying how we are going to lose.

Dr Pierson is easy to talk to, but still firm in his counsel when it comes to healthier choices. I respect his judgement when it comes to meds, referrals, and follow-up on issues. Plus, at the end of each visit I am left with the impression that he cares about me and really enjoys his work.

Dr. Pierson has always been special to me. He diagnosed my heart valve problem, referred me to an excellent surgeon (Dr. Kevin Mayor), and was a great encouragement before and following the surgery. He is a caring physician and truly a wonderful gentleman. I feel better after every visit with him.
