Dr. George William Pogson, MD

I have been treated by this medical office since 1987 and it has provided excellent treatment in a friendly manner. I have become friends with its personel.

Dr Pogson is the best heart doctor. He has great bed side manner and takes to talk to you about your health. I alway understand what he is telling me,he made sure you understand.

He started by arguing with my mother-law about whether she did or didn't have her pacemaker checked when in the hospital recently, rather than just looking in her records. Then, when she told him about her chest pain, he poked her hard in the spot that hurt, which made her cry out in pain. Then he concluded it was not cardiac related. I said, "If it's not cardiac related, then what else could it be?" He talked right over me as though I'd never said anything. He said her records showed she was authorized to take a particular painkiller. She said it was a mistake since she is deathly allergic to it. He never offered to change her chart to reflect that. Also, rather than trying to find another drug, he said, "Well if you won't take your medicine, I can't help you." And he had this look on his face like he was laughing at her. She is blind so she couldn't see it, but I sure did! The visit was a complete waste of time.
