After waiting for 1.5 hours I left. I had not seen hide nor hair of the doctor, nor had I been told there was a problem and been given an opportunity to reschedule. When I asked to speak with him to lodge a complaint the coward left his staff to deal with it

Dr. Puente is amazing. The problem is getting in touch with him if you have a problem. It's a hassle because you'll have to leave a message with the receptionist for the nurse to call you. Then the nurse will call you to get the background. Then you may actually get to talk to Dr. Puente. If you have a whole day to waste to actually talk to your doctor, then he's perfect for you.

Everytime my husband and I see Dr. Puente he is very concerned and thorough. He explains things in a very calm manner, lets you know exactly what to expect and answers all your questions. He makes you feel comfortable and he truly cares. I recommend him to all my family and friends.
