Horrible staff and Doctor.

Oh my God after experiencing him I ask; how does he keep his license? The office staff -just as bad.

Our entire family sees Dr. Raad. He is very personable and never is in a hurry! Spends quality time with us. He explains throughly. Highly recommend !

Dr. Raad is very nice. He has a very inconsistent staff running his startbupe program. If you are a recovering addict this is a very difficult place to get help. Lisa at the desk is exceptional. Lisa the counselor and krista who is in control of perscriptions are very inconsistent at what they do.several times paayment is made but getting perscription to pharmacy is very difficult. If you stay on course you may not have problems but for anyone who slips or has a relapse the protocol they have in place can put you in a very frustrating place. When you do what they ask there is poor follow thru on their part to help you. Sometimes you feel like going back to the streets would be easier. That sucks. I really think they have more on their plate than they can handle. You send a drug test once a month. You make $175.00 pymt. If drug test is inconsistent you get inconsistent help. You are only told about your test after you make pymt. You get counseled about inconsistent test and then you… perscription is to be sent to pharmacy. Doesnt always happen. You may have to make several phone calls playing phone tag all day to get help you need. In turn putting an addict in a tough place when struggling with an addiction. If they followed through with thier patients needs they would not be so inconsistent. Stressing out an addict into a very bad place.

Seemed concerned

Dr Raad's demeanor can be abrasive. His arrogance became apparent when he reached beyond his scope and argued with specialist's recommendations. Another doctor warned me that he can be difficult; I can handle that, but the pettiness he demonstrated came to the point of interfering with my treatment plan.

Excellent care - cutting edge of all types of medical knowledge and research - recommend Dr. Raad Andy his team highly.

I have been seeing Dr. RAAD for close to a full year now. He is a wonderful Doctor! I'm so glad to have him as my MD!

Dr.Raad is very knowledgable when discussing illnesses and medications. He speaks in a dialect that I can easily understand unlike most other doctors. He also has very professional bed side manners, I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. George read text him out for his patients, when we needed him after hours on Saturday and Sunday he was always there to answer questions over the phone help my mom she's at the hospital he's the best!!
