Dr. George Spicer Cook, MD

George was my doctor from when I was a teenager until I was 55, when he "semi-retired" and after 3 years I am considering driving 50 miles, one way, to see him again, as he only has office hours on Friday in Tupper Lake, NY. I just wish he still came to St. Regis Falls on Mondays, like he did for so many years. He helped me through some tough times.

I met this doctor 23 years ago and if I still lived in the area he would still be our family doctor. kind, considerate, compassionate. He cared for you not only as a person, but as the nervous, inexperienced new parent. Unfortuately, its been 20 years since I have had the pleasure of his knowledge.

very poor Dr an CARE next visit to amc er i will refuse being treated by a incompetent dr. He apparently has a short memory or still using his percodan for his pain. Tell him i do not smoke an occasional drinks he documents in h/p pt smokes an does not drink so his bed side manner needs to be reviewed by AMC ER DR in charge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went through two other primary care MD's after moving to the North Country. I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Cook while attending an appointment with a friend. That was five years ago. Dr. Cook is professional, yet down to earth. He is extremely knowledgeable and up to date with new medical treatments. He is interested in a wholistic approach in that he doesn't merely address the issue at hand, but your entire well-being. I'm blessed to have found him.
