The facility, physician, office staff, and clinical staff were all amazing. They explained everything along the way and were very friendly. I was nervous going in for this procedure but they made me feel at ease the moment I arrived. In addition, after the procedure my results were explained to me in detail as well as next steps. I left with all of my questions answered. I highly recommend this facility and team!

Dr. Rees-Lui missed my wife's acute pancreatitis until she was hospitalized. She was very responsive and present, but I would not go back to her or recommend others to do the same.

Dr. Rees- Lui has performed two colonoscopies on me, and I am now scheduled for a third (5 yr interval) because a polyp was found five years ago. She is very thorough in her examinations, very precise about directions both before and after the procedure, and explains the procedure in terms a layman can understand. I am allergic to morphine and many man-made opioids, and she and her staff have been very careful with the anesthetics prescribed for me. I was delighted to discover she has a practice in Mountlake Terrace because I now live in Edmonds and was not looking forward to returning all the way to Overlake.

She is very good and has a great staff. Consequently, she is booked out a ways. Other than that, a great experience, very clean facility, and top notch staff.

Dr. Rees-Lui was professional, yet warm and friendly. She offered suggestions that worked. After many years with another doctor, I was not sure I could find some I could trust, but I did. Her office nurse was also top-notch.

Visited in spring of 2009 due to family history of polyps, no problem scheduling colonoscopy (nothing found). Was sincere and straight forward with what was going to happen, including preparing for the procedure. Would recommend to others.
