Dr. Gerald Ray Hale, DO

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a doctor. He doesn’t care about your health issues. He wants his paycheck. If you are in his care and something goes wrong with your medical issues, he wants nothing to do with you. They won’t return phone calls, you have to leave a message just to make an appointment. He’s unavailable unconcerned and inconsiderate. If you want a caring dr, try dr Daniel Morris

DR. Hale WAS a great doctor then the state of Oklahoma left his patients high and dry. Ruined my life!

Great staff and they are always nice and take care of you.

I've only had one visit with Dr.Hale but it was very positive. He was patient in explaining what he thought we should try first and the reasons for each. I fully intend to return to see Dr. Hale in the future as I feel he has a genuine interest in improving the quality of lives.

I have been a patient for over 4 years. Both physician and staff are amazing!. Brenda works hard to ensure that appointment times are vgood for me. Jennifer handles my prescription issues as if they were her prescriptions. Great people.

As long as you allow Hale to stick you with a needle and be profitable from you, he will keep you in rotation, or unless you are an attractive female with large breasts. He has ownership in Oklahoma Surg Hosp, and Tulsa Spine, both places he performs injections and discograms. Insurance "pays" 15k for a 20 min discogram, more than 90% of 3-4 hr surgeries. Don't allow his quiet demeanor to fool you. This guy could careless about any patients. We are all just $$ to him. This is a very honest review from a longterm patient that still sees him. He also got me addicted to opiates by over prescribing and I take much less than he precribes. If I told him I was addicted, he would drop me in a heart beat, no joke. Hale does not care how many lives he ruins, it is all about money for all drs. Tulsa Integrated Pain is Hale's cash cow, plain and simple.

Should retire. He will lie and make up stories to fit his needs. Always get a second opinion.

I went to see Dr. Hale after I was diagnosed by my primary doctor with a condition that needed a surgery. It was such a waste of time and money. So here how it went:First, it took him more than one hour past my scheduled time to see me, after more than one hour of waiting time, he suggested the oldest technique for my upcoming surgery and the worse part was that he told me that even after opening my tommy during the surgery, he might not be able to take care of the problem!!!! (which by the way the condition I have is not complicated at all) and all he cared about was to schedule the surgery time!These are what I experienced with this doctor.

Dr. Hale is an excellent doctor, but his billing office staff are a nightmare to deal with (Yvonne and Angie). His office bills for services the insurance states the patient is not responsible for and for services not provided by his office (fraud claim was filed for the latter). His billing staff threaten and demean you when you call, hang up on you and are very UNPROFESSIONAL!!
