Dr. Gerard Daversa, MD

Talk about an unprofessional experience. This doctor took over for my previous doctor. Scheduled an exam, switched by prescription for a week to trial (knowing i have no contact lenses left), then calls out sick 2 days in a row, no one in the office will provide me contacts to get by, then schedule another appointment where i take off work to make just to show up and find out that he once again is not in the office but this time no advanced notification. I then have to battle with the office staff to get more contacts since it's friday and who knows when the doctor will be in again. This is completely unprofessional, not to mention extremely poor customer service. How do you not have someone covering for a doctor who hasnt been in the office in days? Why do you make it more difficult for someone to get enough contacts to make it through until he returns?
