Dr. Gerard Mosiello is a plastic surgeon in the Department of Cutaneous Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center. His clinical interests include plastic surgery reconstruction following skin cancer and breast cancer, as well as a variety of cosmetic surgery procedures. Dr. Mosiello received his medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Penn., graduating with honors. He completed his residency training in general surgery at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, N.J., followed by a general practice residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, N.Y., and a residency in plastic surgery at the University of South Florida. After completing his post-graduate education, Dr. Mosiello joined the USF faculty, where he is currently a clinical assistant professor of surgery. He is in private practice at Tampa Palms Plastic Surgery and is an attending plastic surgeon at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr. Mosiello is a member of several regional and national medical …societies, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the Tampa Bay Society of Plastic Surgeons. I had a Breast Reduction done by Dr. Mosiello. I was so nervous and had many concerns prior to the procedure. Dr. Mosiello made me feel so at ease and my surgery went perfectly. I had a rather large reduction and I had absolutely no issues. If you are searching for a surgeon for a breast reduction in the Tampa area, please see Dr. Mosiello. He will do a phenomenal job and make you feel very comfortable. I am so grateful for Dr. Mosiello!

If you want staples sticking out your breast after surgery then you are going to the right doctor. Not to mention that he did Lipo in my tummy and it’s a mess. I wish I had never done any of it .

Doctor is great. Comfort and peace of patients seems to be his priority. Oh Mary is soooooo awesome! She is so attentive, listens to patients, problem solver, comforter and just overall awesome person. She was the reason secondary to prior reviews why I chose this doctor for treatment.

Blamed me for wanting saline. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Got my records from the office they never asked why nor called about my follow up appointment now that states guilt. He told me nobody likes their breasts early on that's why he doesn't take pictures and walked out of the room.

I would recommend Dr Mosillo to anyone. He has a friendly staff and was available to answer any questions or concerns. I love the job he did with my procedure. Exactly what I wanted.

I am impressed with the professionalism, skills and outcome of the surgery he performed. No more back, neck, shoulder discomfort! I would not hesitate to refer him to other friends. Great PS and excellent staff!!!!!
