Dr. Gerard V Siciliano, MD

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Dr. Gerard V. Siciliano’s office. I scheduled an appointment months ago and had to wait nearly five months for my turn. Out of the blue, two months before my scheduled appointment, I received a call from the office informing me that the doctor needed to reschedule. Assuming the appointment would be moved to a nearby date due to the doctor's availability, I agreed to reschedule. To my surprise, the earliest they could offer was another three months later, in November. Expressing my frustration about the long wait and the unfairness of being rescheduled so far out, I asked if they could find an earlier slot. The receptionist I spoke with was incredibly rude and lacked any empathy. Instead of trying to accommodate me, she curtly suggested canceling the appointment. It was clear that the office did not care about the inconvenience or my need for timely care. I will be seeking a different doctor’s office, one that values… professionalism and genuinely cares for their patients. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

First impression was the front office staff and the they were great! Afterwards everything went downhill!!!!! Had I looked up his reviews prior I would have saved a lot of time. This was my first appointment with Mr. Siciliano and it will be the last. ( I will not acknowledge as a Dr. because he doesn’t seem to live by the oath he took upon gaining that title. We ( meaning patients are just a paycheck) there is absolutely no treatment being done, if anything more harm by lack of treatment). I have a very complicated case that was being treated by Stanford University Medical, one of the top hospitals in the country. I have had over a million dollars in medical testing done to find out what is wrong with me and only came to him to establish medical care here in Kentucky. He told me he was going to take me off my liver medication because I didn’t need it and after I explained why I was on it his exact word were” well that’s what you say”. This isn’t a freakin medication you get off the… street!!! There are so many other things I could say, but won’t. Afterwards, the woman that checks you out to send you to go get your labs was extremely rude and gives you a paper then says go across the street and up the elevator. Well, guess what the lab is not directly across the street and up the elevator!!!! Thankfully I can walk...., had I been having a flare up from my Lupus or been elderly it would not have been possible!!! It’s extremely far and and misleading!!! Someone needs to explain to her that just shoving people out the door is not ok and they need to put a map on their papers. I will not be back to this office ever again!!

I HAVE RECEIVED GOOD CARE WHILE UNDER DR SICILIANO. HE HAS DONE MY COLONOSCOPY FOR MANY YEARS . ASSISTANTS TAKE GOOD CARE OF THEIR PATIENTS.

Dr. Siciliano is a very good doctor. He correctly pre-diagnosed my symptoms my first visit but did the appropriate tests to verify his diagnosis. He also did thorough testing to determine other symptoms I had. I highly recommend him. He is quiet, soft spoken and cares about his patients.

Seems to be s courteous doctor with a professional demeanor

Avoid this arrogant rude person and the office staff at all cost! I would've given a minus if it was available.

Unbelievably rude.

Dr. Sicilliano has the bedside manner of an unsalted pretzle and after making three appointments with him I still don't know what is wrong with me.Prior to my endoscopy procedure I asked them how much it would cost me out of pocket. They told me to call the hospital to find out. Dr. Siciliano's office never told me I would be receiving a bill from them even though they had plenty of opportunity to do so. Afterwards I did receive a bill and was treated with sarcasm and a smug attitude by the billing manager when I questioned it. I will never go there again and I receommend nobody deal with this dishonest office.
