Dr. Geremie Palombaro, DO

Dr. Geremie Palombaro is a board-certified ophthalmologist and oculoplastic surgeon dedicated to delivering exceptional care in oculofacial plastic and ophthalmic surgery. Raised in Vestal, Dr. Palombaro's journey into medicine began at Binghamton University, where he earned his degree in biology. He continued his medical education at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, receiving his medical degree and completing an internship in internal medicine at Cleveland’s University Hospital.

Dr. Palombaro pursued his passion for ophthalmology through a residency at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he distinguished himself as Chief Resident. His training in micro-surgical techniques was further refined through a prestigious oculoplastic and facial reconstruction fellowship at Visione 360, El Paso Children’s Hospital and University Medical Center of El Paso, the region’s only Level 1 trauma center.

Throughout his career, Dr. Palombaro has contributed extensively to …medical research, with publications in esteemed journals such as The Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO). His dedication to advancing his field and providing unparalleled patient care has earned him numerous accolades, including recognition as a Top Ophthalmologist in Pennsylvania and one of the Top 10 Best Plastic Surgeons in Pennsylvania and New York.

After honing his skills at a multispecialty practice in Pennsylvania, Dr. Palombaro has returned to New York to join Sambursky Eye and Esthetics. He is thrilled to bring his years of experience and compassionate approach to patient care to his home community.
