He saved my life.

One of the rudest most condescending people I've ever dealt with in my life. I came here looking for help. He constantly interrupted me, ignored everything I said, his phone kept going off with loud chimes and he took a call in the middle of the session. He also dictated his notes mid session which took up the vast majority of our time. Then he had the gall to claim I didn't have PTSD or other issues that I've already been diagnosed with by other psychiatrists and doctors that I worked with for months based off nothing whatsoever and then he straight up accused me of only being there seeking drugs when I told him time and time again that I was not looking for ANY medication. I've never been made to feel so small in my life. This person should not be around patients who are dealing with mental health issues. If he hasn't already he will without a doubt cause multiple suicides.

Chovanistic, treats me as a woman very poorly, nods off during session, cancels appointments frequently, rude, got very angry with me the last time that I saw him and he jumped up and started saying very loudly "get out" while standing in the door, I felt threatened so I stayed in my seat he came over towards me and bared his teeth at me at shouted "get out" . While he was away from the door, I dashed out. He scared me completely!

I cannot believe this man won any award for patient compassion!! That is such a lie! He has no compassion, sympathy, or empathy. He is a mean spirited human being. Who has turned into a man without any emotional feelings towards me a patient of his for many years! I seriously dislike this man.

Emotionally and mentally abusive towards me. Falls asleep during visit. Does not respect women. Does not care about your mental health! Office manager also does not care about your mental health. I went to her after this Doctor kicked me out of his office. How does a doctor who is supposed to be helping you with your mental issues abandon you and treat you like you are nothing with no feelings???!!!!!!! Mean!!!

Yes this Dr. Bitar does doze off while pretending to listen! He is very unsympathetic, short tempered, and over all a mean spirited human being! I have Multiple Sclerosis and was seeing him for depression and anxiety, which are both common symptoms of MS. I told him on my last visit that I had been having quite a few falls lately which also is common in MS. He blamed my falls on the Xanax and said he was going to reduce my dosage on it. I told him that would be a mistake considering the amount of stress that I live with and that I do not take Xanax except to help me fall asleep at night and if I am in a stressful situation. He all of a sudden jumped up and actually raised his voice and swung open his door and started yelling at me to "get out". I tried to ask him what was wrong, what did I say and the only thing he would say was "get out" he walked towards me and actually bared his teeth me and said "get out of my office". Please people understand that this man scared me to be… near me. I feel that I was mentally and emotionally abused by this man.

I suffer from severe anxiety and depression other than that perfectly healthy. I am very sensitive to medications. I was on my anti depressant 6 months still depressed but anxiety thru the roof..he prescribes hydroxyzine long story short i had a severe reaction and went into a siezure. I called the office they acted like i was an inconvience anyways switched my meds. I was on that medicine 3 months did nothing and he asks me have i tried hydroxyzine? Seriously he didnt document the interaction. Nor did he document the fact i had a suicide attempt while on a certain anti depressant the same anti depressant hes asked if i want to switch back to as if he doesnt know ive been on it. If your anxiety medicines do not work he treats you like your looking for narcotics which is appauling. How about a medication that works that doesnt throw your patient into siezures.

He just seems like a bad psychiatrist. I've heard others talk about, and see in the comments that he does doze off. I always felt like he doesn't listen. He runs super late because other people's time is more valuable. Now, I understand there are emergencies but this can't be happening every single time I go. I really don't like this place. No one updates you if they're running late.
