I saw this doctor in the office and the nurse was rude. I had couple issues spoke to manager of office and she was rude didn’t follow through on anything we talked about. He had me come for injections. I was so confused couldn’t find Parkview or where I was to go. The nurses at my injections were rude and nasty. The nurse in where I sat before my injection was telling me what was wrong with me. She was a real know it all. In room where I had my injection they were more interested in laughing and fooling around then caring for me. I had been for injection before and there was a nice medical assistant there but don’t know where she went. She always made sure I was comfortable and also my husband. Sad to go there and not see her. It made my experience terrible for her not being there. She was reason I felt at ease. Don’t recommend this place or this doctor.

Great doctor! He listened to me and took his time with me. Had injections. His staff there were wonderful. His medical assistant Lindsey was so friendly and very knowledgeable as well as the nurse who was with her day I went for my injection. They Made me feel at ease as I was very nervous for my injection. great place! Highly recommend.

I put excellent provider cause he is one. I would recommend anyone to see him but if he gets too involved in your case he just might dump you as a patient like he did me. I would let him know that I am extremely sorry for everything I might have did. I miss him a lot he sure was a caring physician who understand my conditions. I wish he would give me another chance. I have found no one like him. Excellent provider!!

Very understanding. You won't be disappointed. If you are in pain in my opinion he is the top doctor to see.

This pain physician has changed a lot since changing locations. I feel that I was not being heard. He is only in it for himself. He use to be a caring physician but something has changed. I really wouldn't recommend him.

This a insurance Dr. Dr. Guernelli reviewed my medical records first he probably should've contact patient to be sure he had all medical records second I beleven as a Dr. U have a personal responsibility to patients not insurance companies also u should not make decisions regarding patients health unless u physically examine them
