Go elsewhere. Ultimately it is the Dr. responsibility to manage his staff. The front office and office manager, attempt to be professional in the handling of matters but they neither professional or thorough. Specifically Speaking of "Lola" the office manager. She has received many scathing reviews and I did not do myself any favors by ignoring those and saw Dr. De La Torre for a procedure in spite of the fact. Not only did they take my payments they lied about speaking to me over the phone or me contacting them about payment arrangements, they sure cashed the checks. She said the billing department made "numerous" attempts in regards to a balance and said its documented but she became frustrated and argumentative when I asked for the documentation of the letters they had sent but she was unable to produce. I will sue and take legal action against them for referring my account to collections so hastily and without final notice. This office worked with the Anesthesiologist and the… Henderson Surgery center (which he partly owns) for my procedure and neither entity has rushed to send a balance to collections like this front office has. Precedent needs to be set and this is the first step as I know many of you are here reading reviews to avoid getting "screwed" or getting bad doctors. Start and do your part by boycotting such offices that could care less and disregard you as a person and just think of you as another patient on a conveyor belt of insurance money to fill their coffers

I went to see Dr Gilberto in May (2018), for because I was experiencing abdominal pain. After being sent for scans and blood work I waited to be contacted from his office for results and NOTHING. After 4 weeks I decided to pick up a copy of the scans &my blood work from the lab. After I noticed from the scans that I had a few findings I called the office to schedule my own follow up. I did make a point to let the doctor know that his staff failed to contact me and schedule a follow up has promised. I do think this doctor is great however his staff specifically “Tina” is just down right rude and has a bad attitude and really should decide on a different career path, maybe one that doesn’t involve working with people or patients in general. Kudos to Cindy on the other hand who was pleasant to deal with and actually seems to value her work and the practice. I don’t see the negative comments going anyway anytime soon as long as the rude staffing is in place. I’m just sorry the doctor will… eventually feel the backlash of his picks in staffing.

I went to see Dr Gilberto June 6th 2017, because I was experiencing severe stomach pains. He didn't ask me where the pain was,never examined me,sat at his desk and said it might be an Ulcer, gee great Diagnosis!! He filled out a Referral and sent me to Steinberg Diagnosis,the results were sent to Dr De La Torre. I thought that when he received the results that he would tell the Receptionist to call me, and schedule a Follow-Up appointment so that he could explain the results of the test to me. Never heard from him!! What kind of Doctor does that? Sounds like he wasn't really concerned. I went to Steinberg Results and got a copy of my RESULTS! Is this what patients have to go through?? I will never go back to him again! These Dr's are so GENERIC! They don't explain anything to you..There's got to be a good Dr here.i just need to keep lookng!!

Doctor called me personally about my procedure when scheduling was complicated.

Absolutely satisfied with Dr Delatorre and his practice.

Staff was the worse I have ever experienced. Would never recommend!

The worst customer service in front desk , don't waste your time ... Especially if your Mexican they treat you like crap

Very pleasant. He really listens to you and doesn't rush you.
