“I explained in detail over the phone what services my sister, who has intellectual disabilities, required. I was instructed to schedule an appointment, yet she arrived late and did not address the concerns I had already communicated. Instead, she asked irrelevant questions and did not provide the assistance we were seeking. What is most concerning is that she submitted insurance charges for services that were not performed. This experience was highly unprofessional and deeply disappointing.” Definitely would be a zero rating.

I have recently in the last 2 years have been using the services of Dr. Gina Harris and have found to be very professional, understanding and her guidance was best in my situation. I should also be noted in this bad time in my life getting things in order such as other Doctors appointment,counseling and even calling me on the weekends to see how I was holding up. This is rare in today world. Definitely a 5 star accommodation. She also went out of her way to worked well with my other Doctors and Attorneys. Truly a peoples person.
