Dr. Gina Nicole Raptoulis, DO

Dr. Raptoulis is very thorough and very knowledgeable about the available treatments. She is also a very nice person. Her staff is also wonderful, very helpful and very efficient.

I would have given Dr R a 5, however, her staff is so unprofessional, that I had to leave after paying my copay(which was returned) after being reprimanded for being late by a staff member while I sat in the waiting room. I have serious health issues and was stuck in the bathroom which I had to state (while in the waiting room)It's embarrassing and hard enough to even get to a doctor when you are sick, let alone be yelled at in front of of people. This was not the first time. I was grateful to Dr R for discovering a lung nodule bu the same employee made it sound like a death sentence instead of calmly explaining thousands of people have these and it should be checked as a caution. Dr R is a great doctor but the choice is staff forced me to leave...

Dr. Raptoulis is a good diagnostician. She listens to the patient’s symptoms. I am getting answers to my many questions to my many symptoms. She is a passionate caring MD.
