Dr. Ginger Sanderson Mentz, MD

This physician has the worst bed manner of any physician I’ve ever met. I felt like my presence was a nuisance to her. She is cold and not friendly. If you ask her a question, she seems annoyed and avoids eye contact. Her explanations or answers to questions are always “physician speak” and you are given every indication to not ask a follow up question because it’s a waste of her time. This wasn’t just a bad day, it is a regular occurrence. I have seen multiple physicians at this office and they are all wonderful. She is not like the rest. I will be looking for a new dermatologist.

Very thorough, have advice about foot care and prescribed med to help with nail fungus. Inspected and removed two small skin spots.

I was early and Dr Mentz saw me even before the scheduled appointment time. That was fantastic. She explained things extremely well and she was very attentive and a person who is easy to talk to. Her staff was excellent and explained things in an adequate manner. Dr Mentz is an accomplished professional. I would recommend her to anyone.

I went in because my previous provider moved away. My appointment with Dr. Mentz was very quick and easy. She answered the questions I had and provided good education.

She understood what I requested and did her thing. It was quick and easy.

Dr Mentz is great. She is easy to talk with, while she is taking care of me . Her team is great as well.

Dr Mentz was ery professional, she answered all my questions, would recommend her any time.

Cold, unfriendly, gum chewing, most unprofessional Physician I have ever met. Did not ask any questions about my health history. Was on the exam room for Les than 4 minutes. Failed to explain what she was seeing. Avoid her at all costs. Failed to read my chart, not friendly, totally there for transaction and obtaining Medicare compensation for her unprofessional visit. Did not asked about my medical history, family history or concerns. She has a terrible bed manner. Do not meet with this unprofessional.

Dr Mentz was very genuine and professional with her concerns regarding me; and I look forward to continuing my visits under her care. Lk Jordan
