Dr. Giulia E Lau, DO

I went to see Dr. Lau for a regular annual visit and the whole experience was terrible. The visit started out horribly when I saw the nurse who took all my general info. She was INCREDIBLY rude. After she did her part, she had me put on the gown and wait in the examining room. I then sat in that room for nearly an HOUR. No one came in to give me an update on how much longer I would be waiting or anything. I was at the point of getting dressed and walking out when Dr. Lau finally came in. When she asked me how I was doing I answered honestly and told her I was a little upset at having been made to wait so long. At that, Dr. Lau became incredibly unfriendly. The whole experience was unpleasant and even more frustrating was that when I went back a week later, I again had to wait in the examining room - this time for about 30 minutes. I found Dr. Lau to be very cold and unpersonable. I will certainly NOT be seeing Dr. Lau anymore.

She is in Bristol, CT now. Became very rude, confrontational and unprofessional when I refused to accept prescription for BeYaz and asked for another brand. Very inexperienced. Very uncomfortable during exam. Did not feel like I was in good hands
