Dr. Giuseppe Guglielmello, DO

I had to select one star or they wouldn’t let me submit the review otherwise I would of not rated him that high. I was experiencing shortness of breath and I called Dr Gugliemello’s office and left a message in the afternoon. My call was returned by the next day around noon by his receptionist. She thought I should call the medical supply company since I thought my problem was caused by the equipment. I refused that and asked for someone else to call and she told me to call the nurse station in Bethlehem. Luckily I did the nurse seemed more concerned of my shortness of breath condition and said she would leave a message for Dr Guglielmello to call me that day. He didn’t so I called her back the next morning and she seemed surprised he didn’t return my call. She said she would leave him another message. He didn’t call me that day either. The next day I decided to go to a emergency center before my condition worsened. I was diagnosed with Atrial Fibilation and taken to the hospital. I… stayed there for 48hrs. I understand doctors may be busy but isn’t that why they have assistants to help with the work load. I felt someone should of called me the check on my condition. It’s six days later and no one has called me yet. Oh well it was just that I couldn’t breath not a big deal. I must be over reacting. Don’t ever go there.
