They don’t get any better then Dr McKenzie!

Worst experience my wife has had.. this doctor kicked my wife out of his practice because we asked a legitimate question about billing.. he then accused me of yelling,, which i did not.. my question was never answered,, but he kicked my wife out,, disregarding his overwhelming concern he originally displayed over my wife's blood pressure..This dr will manipulate the system to make as much money from you as possible.. after my wife had to be prescribed a new birth control, due to a heart attack, we were told that a follow up appointment was necessary to check her blood pressure. Upon arriving we were checked in and told we owed a co-pay(so I questioned the nurse as to why a charge for a "follow up appointment" was being charged as an office visit. Within seconds of asking this question the Dr barged into my wife's room, got in her face,,and started aggressively telling my wife that he doesn't need this kind of relationship and physically chased her out of the office, even after I… stood in between the 2 of them.. this dr accused us of yelling..by no means were we, disagreeing does not mean yelling.. my guess,, is that he was outside the door easedropping. He also referenced a phone call his nurse had with my wife the week prior and accused her of yelling(which was when she asked the original question as to why she had to go for an appointment) and I believe he waited for an opportunity outside the door to come in and attack us..he did not back down from my wife when I tried to explain i am the one with the question.. My wife suffers PTSD and was triggered by him and this was visibly seen.. the dr did not care, he kept attacking my wife about what I had said. I tried to run interference and he told me that if this is how things are going to be, we can just leave. His words were "you can just leave, this is not the kind of relationship I need. What? One with a small challenge and a legitimate question? Bring a condom because this GYN is going to screw you.

Great at putting patient at ease. Spent a great deal of time with me answering questions & sharing information. He has a great bedside manner, humor and is very informative.

Excellent well informed physician. Nothing more refreshing than an MD without an arrogant attitude who can actually impart vital information to his patients in a flawless comfortable manner.

I have been seeing Dr Mackenzie for approx 10 yrs now and I encourage anyone looking for a gynecologist to go to him. This guy knows his stuff and is always willing to take as much time as possible to make you feel at ease with any questions. Highly recommend him!!!
