Dr. Gloria E Mcneil, MD

Scheduled dr visit one month in advance ,appointment was for 10am. Got there same time as office staff,9.30. What do you know staff forgot key home,has to go get key.Returns to office. Dr has not show up it almost 10am I sat and waited and waited, all the while complaining finally she shows up at 1.2pm and she's got a attitude about my complaints to her staff.months later and I dread going to her office. After a appointment with her you don't have time to do anything else it's a wasted day I hate going there. Also seem to have to ask the same question over and over .don't know patients case history worthless as a doctor

First Dr. In a long time to really spend time with me. She was able to ask the right questions. It brought things out that i didnt realize. Very thorough!

I had a appointment at 12am got there early and waited and waited and waited finally she see me at 5pm and got in the back in wait again about 30min she is the SLOW DR EVER in the staffs argue me down telling me i didn't have appointment on that day show them my card that i had an appointment all the staff has a bad attitude except one girl HORRIBLE DR EVER AND SLOW and she need to know her patient records she ask the same question every time you go to the Dr office been going there for years and you don't know my record by now something is wrong

i had an appointment scheduled 3 weeks in advance, arrived 15min early to fill out paperwork and waited as 5 other people went in before me. granted, they could've had appointments before mine, but if that is the case, they scheduled more than they could handle. i waited well over an hour, no apology given when i told them i couldn't wait any longer, just asked me if i wanted to reschedule. as i waited, i could hear the nurses talk about the customers in the office, clear as day. i never met the md. i took off a day from work and lost 2 hours of my day to stupidity. also, she's the only GI md that takes medicaid, so be prepared to wait forever and a day to see anyone

Dr. Mcneil is a great inspiration!...She is very kind and made me feel safe during the procedure. She even gave me advice for schooling. Dr. Mcneil has a big heart and is a very intelligent kind woman. I deff recommend her!!

Scheduled appointment to book a colonoscopy procedure at the recommendation of my primary care physician. Arrived 10 min early (mistake #1) without anything to read (mistake #2) and waited 1.25 hours before taken in for vitals. Waited another 1.25 hours before seeing doc. No explanation or apology for long wait. Office staff seemed disorganized. In all, a 3 hour visit just to schedule a colonoscopy procedure. Can the procedure itself be any worse than the office visit???
