Dr. Gokhan Kilic, MD

His nurses are amazing, truly compassionate. Dr.Kilic is an extremely skilled surgeon. He is kind when you are going to let him operate on you. But if you get a second opinion, he becomes offended, short and dismissive. Either he does your surgery or else he has no use for you. He is incredibly brilliant but my experience has led me to believe he has become incredibly arrogant. A God complex. I guess it comes with the territory. Another example: Late in 2014, UTMB Victory Lakes Clinic had a fire drill during business hours and everyone was required to evacuate. He was so angry that this interrupted his day that he got in his car and left. For. The. Day. Leaving his staff to make excuses for him and leaving his scheduled patients unable to see him for their appts. Just stay on his"good side" and you won't be disappointed.

Love Dr. Kilic. He performed my hysterectomy. Completely trust him. He thoroughly answered all my questions & addressed all my concerns.

He was the best OBG I've ever had. He delivered my first child back in New York in 2004 and I truly missed him when he left for Texas. He made me feel like family, he treated me with great care, love and respect. I don't think I could find another like him. I did not allow anyone to deliver me, my daughter waited he arrived at the hospital to make her debut. Thank you Dr Kilic

Came in for 1st visit with problems. Instead of just talking about it and trying meds and come back he did tests that very 1st day and because of that he caught my endometrial cancer in the early stages. Will never see a other OB/GYN EVER unless he or I move out of the area.

I fully 100 percent trust this doctor. He did a surgery on me that was very very tricky and was able to do it with robotics when any other doctor would have done it by cutting me open from top to bottom..I healed fast and 2 years later have no complications at all.. He is the best of the best and overall he is a breed of his own, wish all doctors were like this man. He cares about his patients and he keeps taking and teaching more classes......

I went through my pregnancy with my son with Dr. Kilic. I could not have asked for a better Doctor. My son ended up having a unilateral cleft of the lip and palate and Dr. Kilic was always very easy going and understanding. The ultrasound dept. wanted me to come in every couple of weeks and Dr. Kilic was kind enough to spare me and my baby the poking and prodding whenever he felt it was unecessary. I really appreciated how calm he was with the situation. It gave our cleft situation a sense of normalcy and was very comforting. Thanks Dr. Kilic!!
