Dr. Gonchigari Narayana, MD

Never wanted to post my review on him because I thought that’s only me. I am surprised that everyone is having the same feelings about this Doc with what I’m having. I don’t think he is even worth for one star rating, and I have never figured out how he achieved his career with patients in the past. Absolutely one of the worst doctor ! Rude, impatience and never communicated with us. He tried to walk away or in hurry every time we asked questions. Of course so hardly to understood his language but I don’t want be racist cuz I’m an immigrant. Truly not sure he is a real neurologist but if he is, then will be one of the worst I have ever seen.

He spends no more than 3 minutes with each patient I have ever seen. He never remembers your name, states at a computer screen the whole 3 min and is quick to misdiagnose. He wrote my prescription but instead of my name at the top, he wrote the wrong one, someone of the opposite sex. Now I get to go back and gave it changed. His practice is a zoo and they are all about the money

I was 23 years old, In the lowest point of my life..Admitted to Riverside hospital, After serious suicide attemp. Narayana told me "This wasn't a halfway house after my 2nd day of inpatient evaluation and after meeting me 15 minutes I was a "typical borderline" Avoid this foreign quack at all costs. I'm not even listing the half of my horrifying experience with this incompetent narcissist. Shame on him talking to a 23 year old girl in crisis like this. He can barely speak English. Go figure. AVOID. Also avoid riverside.

Rudest doctor I've ever encountered. Misdiagnosed me after a 10 minute talk in which he answered his personal cell phone twice. Charge me $250 for a 10 minute visit. Office staff is just as rude as he is. I won't be back

Do not waste your time, as you will be lucky to get his attention at all. He just prescribes addictive medication and then cuts you off suddenly when you miss an appointment. He shouldn't be practicing medicine, let alone psychiatry.

Did not get the feeling that he even cared about my situation. Had bad side effects of prescribed meds and had less than a 30 second conversation about re-dosing instructions. My problem got worse when i followed this Doctors advice. Would not recommend

RUN! RUN AWAY FAST!!! WORST Dr in the world!!!

This man is not a doctor who cares. He may know medicine but he is so rude to the point that he says "If you have nothing more to say to me you can leave this room" That is hurtful and rude. He is above anyone who isn't his peer. A doctor's oath is "To to no harm" Dr. Narayan does not remember this oath as he does do harm.

He never looks up from his computer. He does write prescriptions like he's getting paid for it. Which he is. I'm so addicted. I can't go a day without my drugs. I think I was better off before. He always asks the same questions, hands you a script, and says goodby. All takes about 4 minutes. Pretty cool. He doesn't even make eye contact. His secretary is always sure to be real short with you, like your bugging her. Always makes mistakes on your prescriptions. And it takes days to get it fixed. I also don't know how you can diagnose someone in 4 minutes. Pretty weird. If you want your drugs. Go to this guy. I suppose he is correct, he went to school for it.
