Dr. Pandolfi has excellent bedside manners. He's professional and personable. He's very likeable on the first meet. He automatically puts you at ease before your procedure. My colonoscopy was performed on February 2, 2023.

He made me want to get a colonoscopy. After being hospitalized for pancreatitis, it was discovered I had pretty severe anemia. Hospital staff sounded the alarm and made me feel doomed to die of colon cancer by summer's end. I would have been terrified if not for the high doses of morphine I was on. During an after-hospital follow-up visit, Dr. Pandolfi broached the subject of cancer/anemia so skillfully that I left ready and confident to have a colonoscopy. Spoiler Alert: Results were completely normal. He also removed all the gallstones from my common bile duct - and there were a lot of them. Skillful and caring physician.

Dr Pandolfi was very informative and took the time to review my CT scan images with me during my visit. Shelly helped me schedule appointments and gave me a pamphlet with contact information to reach her directly with any questions. The overall caring and compassion from Dr Pandolfi, Shelli and the rest of their office staff was beyond what you find in most physician offices. I would highly recommend them.
