Dr. Grace Young Kwon-Hong, MD

She does not listen at all- she said she knew exactly what was wrong with me without listening to my symptoms or concerns- and once she finally listened, she was rude and mad she was wrong.

Dr Grace is more interested in telling me about her new dating life than being a doctor. Very happy she has someone, but I do not need to hear about it

Horrible. Rushed 1st time visit. I had multiple issues and she would only address 2. Argued with me that i have to have prior authorization for a podiatry visit, when im well aware an allcare written referral is all i need to cover first 2 visits. Very rude and unprofessional. Did not want to give medd for depression at first. Hmmm. Ill never go here again!!

Never there, when there diagnosis by looking at you (rarely requests test).

Dr. Kwon Hong was extremely rude and detached. She does not listen, but rather states her opinion before gathering information. Office visits have been unproductive and highly frustrating.

Dr. Kwon-Hong is knowledgable, caring, warm and listens to your complaints and problems. She is a great communicator and won't talk down to you. I highly recommend her after more than ten years as a patient.

my biggest problem is not so much with the doctor as with how her office is managed and the lost flow of communication/follow-up when it does come to health problems, medications being related to her! i wonder if she is aware of this and the fact that it is causing her to lose patients? also experienced total lack of concern and assistance when it came to getting the needed information and prescriptions, so had to make the decision on my own which is what i thought i had a doctor for? another area of concern is the fact that she only seems to want to hear about and treat one problem at a time....which is not always the case when one has an impact on the other! as a result i have been forced into a corner where i must and have sought out another physician....now let's see if i can get a copy of the medical records i asked for over a month ago! sad and sorry to say that i would not recommend this medical practice to anyone i truly care about!

I have never had a problem getting in to see Dr Kwon and I've been seeing her for 10 years. She is always caring and spends sufficient time with me. I like her very much.

Dr. Kwon-Hong always remembers me. I have been seeing her for about eight years. I trust her to make the best decision regarding my health. The staff is ok and the wait is usually not very long. I can expect to be sent to a specialist should it be deemed necessary. I highly reccomend Dr. Kwon and her colleges.

Dr. Kwon-Hong is an ok doctor. However, she is almost never in the office. Out of my last 5 visits I've seen her 1 time. The office staff there is the worst ever. They are rude. They rarely answer the phone and it takes forever to get a call back.
