She didn’t understand what to do with a patient who’d had twins (I had an abdominoplasty with her). She was shocked by the amount of stretched out skin I had. I should’ve listened to my inner alarm bells on day one but she was recommended to me by a dr. I trust. She butchered my abdomen. I will forever have a belly, and it’s completely numb at that. I’ve also heard horror stories that she leaves her patients fully open on the table and goes and has lunch. No idea if that’s true, but her nonchalance at what she’s done to me afterwards- I believe it. I had to stop going to see her because she would push around the folds of skin she’d created and just snort in disgust. I couldn’t feel terrible about myself anymore…

after my breast implant I had a hard lump in my chest which later disappeared and was replaced by pain--the doctor told me I should take pain medicine and did not recommend I have the implant removed. I should have been told I would have this lump because I might not have had this implant

A breast cancer patient, I asked to remain an A cup. She laughed and said, "They don't make them that size." Actually, they do. I told her I didn't want to be a C cup and she said, "Everyone wants to be a C." I didn't. When looking at my expanders in an office visit, I said, "I don't like them, they are too big," She injected me with more fluid to increase the size. Maybe you would have left, but I didn't. I'm just now finding my voice to relay my experience with her. If I could rate her no stars, I would.

If you need a plastic surgeon or breast reconstruction Dr Grace Ma is the doctor to choose. After my surgery her office called every day to find out how I was doing. Staff and Dr Ma were always available to answer any questions I had. A few weeks after surgery I developed some problems. Dr Ma sent me over to the hospital for a CT scan. She canceled her patients for the rest of the day so that she could come to the hospital while I had my CT scan, and made sure I was admitted to the hospital before she ever left. Her office staff is just as caring and friendly as Dr Ma is. The staff works well with each other and strive to give the same quality care that Dr Ma does.

Best doctor ever. She is very knowledgeable and a great surgeon. I had a diep flap reconstruction and everything has been wonderful. Her staff is very cordial,professional , and every time you need to contact them for a question you get an immediate response.i had 0 complications, everything is healing better than expected. I strongly recommended her. She was recommended by my breast specialist whom I respect profoundly.
