Dr Booher and his PA Stephen are outstanding. Recently had cervical spine surgery and everything went perfectly. Their experience, integrity, compassion and skill can’t be beat. I’m so happy with my results and already notice improvements after only 2 weeks! And to top it all off their staff is amazing. So helpful and patient. I can’t remember the last time I have been this completely satisfied with a doctor. It’s been a very long time, like decades.

Dr Booher and his staff was very helpful while dealing with Worker’s comp to get me seen quick and kept a clear line of communication throughout the process. I’m back to feeling 100% thanks to him.

He actually listened! I was referred to him to assess my need for cervical spine surgery prior to shoulder surgery. He put me at ease with his knowledge, kindness and good humor and didn’t recommend neck surgery. A big plus!

Dr. Booher was very thorough in his explaination of my MRI, and he explained things in terms I could understand. He is a great listener and followed through on all things discussed. I live almost an hour away with tons of neuro doctors much closer, and I will continue to drive further to be able to have him as my doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Booher!

Dr. Booher performed spinal surgery (partial discectomy, spacer replacement & spinal fusion) on me recently using robotics. He is very thorough in explanation and his humanity and easy manner of communication were bot a little unexpected but greatly appreciated. Having been involved in medicine for over 50 yrs. From the very first phone call to Longhorn Brain & Spine, I knew I was dealing with some special people. There was a certain level of urgency to my case and Dr. Booher recognized it immediately. The staff scheduled me in quickly, they ordered follow up tests for the same day, and once the severity of my situation was confirmed, I was setup for surgery ASAP. For me, I could not believe the level of relief I felt almost immediately after surgery. Dr Booher is the kind of doctor that all doctors should strive to be. He is a kind, compassionate doctor who listens to his patients and has their best interests at heart. He treats patients like they are part of the team instead of just another warm body to operate on. He takes the time to discuss treatment options before jumping to surgery. We exhausted all of the non-surgical options before agreeing that surgery was the only option left. And, he's a very competent surgeon who explained the procedure and answered all my questions beforehand. He even went to bat for me with my insurance company!  I hope I never need his expertise again, but if I do, I'll know I'm in good hands.
