For weeks I tried to get a referral to an orthopedic surgeon for an impacted radius and comminuted fracture to the ulna and this Doctor did not give me one until I asked him if I needed a lawyer to get a referral. I suffered for weeks unnecessarily. I have had severe bronchial asthma since infancy and now COPD. He told me it was his goal to get me down to 2 albuterol nebulizers a week knowing that was my only mode of broncho dilitation. He kept cutting my doses down even though I told him i needed more. I was having to take fractional doses to make it last. No doctor has ever made me suffer respiratory pain and discomfort before him. When i had an infection and asthma exacerbated he acted like he was afraid to give me prednisone and when he did it was a low dose. He tested my thyroid 3-4 times when he was supposed to be checking my Cholesterol. He said I had a thyroid problem. It was checked recently by a good doctor and it is perfectly fine. His Office tried charging me extra than… what Medicare allows and I reported it to my insurance company so he didn't try that anymore because it's Medicare fraud to do so. It was a rare occasion anyone in his office would pick up the phone. He runs his office in a strange way. He is incompetent to the point of dangerous don't go to him.

Dr.Scarbrough is a very caring dr.He tries his best to return your calls.is mannerism is great with patient and if a family member accompanies them..He is very nice and explains all to them also.ty Dr.Scarborough
