I saw Janie D. While she is very nice she seemed disinterred in monitoring my hormones. Her nurse called and misread my results. I realized that after I received a copy. My hormones were way off. I never got a phone call from them despite trying to get them to call me about what their recommendations were. Went to another provider today. So glad I left woods.

I have been going to Susanna for over 10 years. Her father actually delivered me, my brother and sister. I LOVE Susanna. She is so personal. I moved to jackson tn for 2 years and refused to find anyone else. love her

I have been going to Dr. Woods for several years and last year saw Susanna and loved her. On my first (and only visit I have seen Dr. Woods) visit I had to wait over an hour in the exam room because Dr. Woods was speaking to another patient, however I don't feel like she wanted to spend that much time with me and was very rushed. Susanna is much better, she is kind and caring and if she leaves Dr. Woods I would love to continue with her. Last year I canceled my appointment through the automated system and also left a message, however was billed a $50 fee through a collections agency. When I called Kimberly was very rude from the moment she answered and told me I did not cancel and they have no voice mail system in place so I obviously didn't leave a message. I mentioned that I should have billed for my time that I have spent waiting in the exam rooms or my time having to follow up on my visits because their office does not return phone calls or provide updates unless I call back. … When I questioned why I don't get the yearly post cards to remind me it's time for the annual visit I was told I should have known there was a post card in the exam room and completed if I wanted a yearly reminder. It's sad that due to lack of communications and poor office staff I'm going to start looking and will have to pay $20 to have my records copied.

Attentive, very smart, excellent doctor

Dr Woods has seen me through several issues with great compassion and caring. She is a knowledgable physician who cares deeply for her patients and their families. I have referred her to several friends and family who love her as much as I do!

Terrible practice. I myself am a physician and I was shocked when I booked this appointment 3 weeks ago, show up 10 minutes late and they tell me I have to reschedule another several weeks. I'm not sure what kind of practice does that to people but it's not right.
