My sister was in the Warsaw er and dr Difrancesco was rude would not do the care she needed she was called a liar and disrespected for believing she had an infection in her right kidney she had to ask for a new doctor and wait for a supervisor she had to refuse her discharge because she was wrongfully diagnosed by doctor Gregory Difrancesco and he wrongfully diagnosed her neighbor in the er refused to give him an X-ray on his knee and told him his diagnosis without proper procedure if you ever go to this doctor just don’t he is horrible and has no manners he should be fired and not aloud back to be a doctor 23 years of experience but has the worst care ever

Arrogant, condescending, refuses care to LGBT patients, and writes denigrating chart notes.

I had a great experience with Excel Care and Dr. Difrancesco and would highly recommend them to anyone who has an urgent care need. Dr. D. was very professional, personable and thorough in his exam and conclusion as to medical issue. Dr. D. explained my medical situation very well to me after asking me many questions and giving me a proper examination. He has a very caring bedside manner and is easy to speak with regarding medical concerns. His nurses were also wonderful and very helpful. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
