Dr. Gregory Keith Lux, MD

Not a good communicator. Didn't give us a chance to tell him about symptoms or ask questions. Comes off as arrogant because he talks to you like he's educating you. Long-winded. When I did get a chance to ask him specific questions, he did not specifically answer them and instead just gave a summary of the condition again. We will not be going back.

Office staff is great. Dr. Lux saw me twice then got his PA, Michael I really liked him as a person, but paid for a specialist and the PA would tell you what he thought but had to go wait for the Doctor to finish with another patient and then tell him what we had discussed then come back and tell me what we would do. was not able to help with my allergic reaction. spent lots of money on doctor and medicines and got no help.

Very informative but talks more at you and not with you

I highly recommend this physician if you want to have your asthma and allergy treated correctly. I have been a very happy patient for many years. I have the upmost respect for Dr Lux and his staff.

My GP sent me to Dr. Lux for my asthma. His exam and testing were very thorough, and he prescribed medications that improved my condition fairly quickly. I found his staff to be cordial and professional, and Dr. Lux spent quite a bit of time with me, explaining things and recommending what needed to be done. I would recommend him to anyone with allergies or asthma.

I have been going to Dr. Lux sincie i was about 4 and went down the path of weekly shots. After about 8 years of doing that my allergis got somewhat better but not nearly good enough. Well, with eyes swolen shut and nose clogged i called to make an appointmet and i was told that their was no further treatment avlible, that i just needed to take zerteck and benidrill more frequently and even with doing that ALREADY, since they told me that last time, i dont know what to do. i feel like if i take any more medication im going to OD.

I had read the earlier reviews and I was nervous seeing this doctor. I absolutely had not one reason to feel this way! The staff was wonderful, friendly, kind and courteous. Dr. Lux went out of his way to explain everything. Why certain testing worked, why it didn't. He didn't waste my time or money. He took the time and explained why, and how. He also took a lot of time explaining food allergies, and chemicals in food. I have to tell you I was not disappointed in this doctor. His goal is to deal with the problem. I like straight forward doctors. And he is one of them.

Office staff does NOT return phone calls! They are RUDE and unwilling to work with me as a patient! Wish I would have gone to another Doctor! I feel like they do not care about me!

I have been seeing him for several allergy related issues for over a year and he has always solved the problems quickly and with ease. He knows what he is doing and caught several issues that doctors of other practice areas had missed for years. It is because of him that I underwent a nasal surgery that 3 other doctors had missed. If fact he even called the surgeon to get me in to get another opinion and ultimately that surgeon did my surgery. I can't thank him enough and my quality of life has improved directly because of him. If you have a serious issue, you cannot go wrong when you see him.
