After four previous Riley Doctors had said my son had blockage due to very large tonsils and definitely needed surgery the next day at the hospital,, doctor Montgomery sent us home with a nasal spray that didn't do a thing for my sons condition. I had practically begged for the surgery because my son was struggling every night to breathe! I'd been told that if his oxygen levels went down to 90%, he would be put on oxygen. His oxygen hit 91% several times during the night at the hospital. The doc still sent us home saying we needed to schedule surgery instead of doing it right there the next day. So we are looking at close to five more weeks of struggling to breath, sleepless nights, not eating due to blockage, green nasal mucus, coughing, hearing loss, and fevers because he decided we didn't need surgery right then!
