Dr. Gregory Scott Rosenblatt, MD

I attended my husband to see this Urologist for BPH /urinary retention/urgency. When we arrived at the office my husband had an immediate need to use the bathroom to urinate. The girl at the front desk took no concern and told him that a staff member would help him in a few minutes. My husband told her that he was about to urinate in his pants and let staff know he needs to go NOW. The door to the patient area was locked and he could not get in. As my poor husband was pleading to use the toilet and started peeing his pants someone finally opened the door and my husband charged for the bathroom. Then the medical assistant saw him and started yelling "you can't use that bathroom!" she said that he need a test to show the flow rate of urine. I told her that he simply could not wait. The staff showed no care or compassion to my husband at all. The whole staff including the doctor were cold and acted uncaring to my husband. Being an RN I have worked in places where the general feeling… was the patient was just a number. I have also experienced working for doctors/staff that truly care about the patient. I would not recommend this doctor's office to anyone.
