Dr. Gregory Evan Rumph, MD

Had to go to ER Couldn’t breathe hardly could walk. Dr Rumph came in and listened to me and ask me the right questions in layman terms so I could understand. He made me feel at ease, and let me know he cares about his patients. Dr. Rumph took ekg, X-ray, scan to see what was wrong. He took the fluid off my left lung and also found 3 spots He has sent the blood and fluid for testing to find the cause of fluid and what the spots are on my Ribs I’m waiting on the results to come back He’s a great asset to UTMB. I’d love to have him for my doctor because he cares about you and you don’t feel like a number in and out like cattle. He’s very precise and knows what he’s doing. He gives 160% + to his patients. He’s a great Doctor. The world needs more like him He’s very rare. He’s a 5 Star +

Had emergency at UTMB Galveston. Dr. Rhump is best ER Doctor ever! Very professional, direct yet not rude like others in past. Only complaint is wait time in general but that is to be expected from ERs anyhow for walk ins. I don't agree with others rating system about Greg's personality as I found him to be polite and friendly . I love the staff especially Sara, Teresa P. and Vincent was polite also. The man who took my vitals was nice too. Sorry I did not get his name. This was last Tuesday at midnight[departed from my house at 10pm Monday]. Came from outside Winnie TX. But service at UTMB was worth it! If I were a Millionaire would sponsor J. Sealy Hospital!
