When my digestive issues began I was seeing a different doctor. I was extremely disappointed with the care and bed side manner of my first doctor. Once, I was able to see Dr. Shannon and his N.P. Hannah I was blown away by the care, concern, and treatment plan put together for me. I have been feeling so much better after following the treatment plan from Hannah. I could not put into words the gratitude I have for Doctors who care and want the best for you and believe you when you say you are not feeling well. Thank you!

Dr. Shannon is highly regarded by my family doctor. His staff is very polite and welcoming. My wait to be seen after arriving was about 15 minutes. All aspects of my upcoming procedure was thoroughly explained. Dr. Shannon was very professional and approachable in a down to earth way. Even though going to the doc is no fun, the approach used made things easier and is appreciated.

I've used Dr. Shannon to get my screening colonoscopies. Two days ago I had my second screening with Dr. Shannon. When I made an appointment to talk to him, the woman asked if I wanted to see the PA or the doctor. I requested the doctor and did see Dr. Shannon. As always, he was very friendly and took the time to talk. His front desk staff are friendly as well as his nurse. Three days before my colonoscopy, I got an email from Memorial (Sugar Land) confirming my appointment, but the appointment time was 3 hours off. I called Dr. Shannon's office and the woman made sure I had the first appointment for my procedure. She even called Memorial for me just to make sure. One the morning of the procedure Dr. Shannon did come in 20 minutes late. The nurse in the procedure room said he was making his rounds and got stuck with a patient. I can understand even though I had no choice but to wait. Either way, when I'm due from my next procedure I'll use Dr. Shannon.

I was pleased with the care I received from the nurse and nurse practitioner. They did a great job easing my worries. I feel like I am in good hands.

This was my first visit as a new patient and the staff were exceptional,professional, courteous, very attentive.
