Dr. Gretchen N Karstens, MD

Dr Karstens is VERY personable, caring, and knowledgeable. She puts her patients (and their parents) first and looks for ways to better serve their needs. Our 2 kids have been with her since birth (oldest is 3), and Dr. Karstens is SO good with them. She genuinely cares how they are doing and is excited to see them when we come in. I don't ever feel like I am being rushed out of there, and I feel that I can ask all the questions I need to and can have a good interactive discussion about the care of my children. The staff is also caring and professional. The only knock I could mention is that getting an appt has been difficult at times. Part of that is that she is a good doctor and is busy, but she is trying out different scheduling approaches to make it more convenient for the customer.
