He's okay, but you can expect to wait 45 minutes before you get to see him. I once gave up and left.

I have been seeing Doctor Gibson for the past eight years. My last appointment was to get some skin cream medication refilled, but NP Rebecca started checking my arms and face for skin cancer. I told her I have no worries, I wear SPF 60 and don’t linger in the sun, but she grabs her air gun and starts swiping me with it. It was almost comical except I kept saying no and she kept swiping. I didn’t know each swipe would cost me $100. When I received the bill for $1,200+, those air swipes weren’t so comical. I have a strong feeling Doctor Gibson will be selling the business soon, and he’s building up revenue at his patient’s expense. It feels awful being ignored and manipulated by one’s Doctor.

I have been a patient off and on of Dr Gibson’s for a few years. But I had not needed an appointment until recently. I was seen. But while in times past he had me get on the exam table after the nurse gave me a gown, this time he just flew into the room and dropped into a chair saying “show me what you got.” Like a dope I just stood up and opened my gown. Then he gave me a harsh lecture about no bandaids, hurriedly scribbled 4 or 5 words on a piece of paper and flew out of the room saying come back in 3 weeks. He must have been having a bad day as in years past he has been better. I will not be humiliated by a dermatologist like that again. Patients are people with feelings too. Maybe he needs to retire.

I had the pleasure to work with Dr. Gibson a few years ago. He is an amazing Dr. He genuinely cares for his patients and always goes the extra mile to help them.

Unprofessional and rude office staff. Dr. Gibson not as kind and patient and he once was. Answered my questions with a snippy attitude. Am changing dermotologists.

I am changing dermotologists after seeing this doctor 4 times. He always seems to busy to really listen. My mother is 85 and has short term memory loss. I asked the nurse to note that on her chart.... he was not patient at all when he had to answer or restate a direction to her.

I wouldn't recomend this Doctor to anyone. My son lost 4 finger nails out of the blue, so i set him up an appointment to get checked to tell me why this was happening. Gibson dermatology didn't do any blood work or anything to figure out why this was happening. We were in the waiting room a little over a hour, but was when we went to the back to get checked we were back their 5 mins. I dont feel like he did enough to figure out the problem. Getting a second opinion.

Excellent doctor. Courteous, professional and treats you respectfully. Your time is as important as his.
